DJ Gone

Thursday 19th February saw the Carhartt Store Earlham Street play host to DJ Gone and the launch of the Sin City Mixtape…

Selected and pieced together by the dexterous talents of DJ Gone, Sin City features Kung Fu faces old and new.

Exclusive tracks from Poisonous Poets, Mystro, TB, Charlie Sloth, M9, Million Dan, TI2BS, Sincere, Jargon, Ric Branson, Malik [MD7], Taskeforce, Big Deal, Mr Drastick, Big Ben, Faith SFX, Wretch 32, Teef and Ramsom Badbones make this essential.

A big thanks to everyone that came down on the night…

Carhartt Heritage

Carhartt Heritage

Today we have launched the latest addition to the site, the Heritage Archive.

As you’d expect from a company with a 120 year history the background of Carhartt is rich and varied.

Over the years the American parent company has granted a number of licenses to companies outside the States to manufacture product using the Carhartt name and logo.

The best known of these licenses is still held by Work In Progress the company responsible for Carhartt Streetwear but there have been Scottish, Canadian and English license holders.

Here you will find a new garment every fortnight with all the photos and a detailed explanation of its genesis.
