Switch Skate Store opened it’s doors one year ago in a small shop in Leigh on Sea, and it’s been a haven to all the local skaters, students and anyone who appreciates a fine pair of pumps or quality threads. On Saturday 22 November Switch moves to it’s new home @ 57 Broadway, Leigh on Sea. The new shop is around six times the size so we’ll now be able to stock more Core skate & streetwear brands for both Men and Women.

We have dedicated a whole room to skateboards from around the world so we will have one of the biggest selections of decks in the UK. We’ll also be having a kids area in store so the they too can be decked out in the coolest kicks and trendiest tees & hoodies.

Carhartt is one of a few new brands for the new store and it’s one that I feel really represents the true ethos of Switch. Please come down and check out the new store this Saturday @ 10am.

To celebrate 15 years of Bathing Ape they have released a book…

This years’ Rouleur Photography Show will open on the 28th of November. The show will feature the works of eight of Rouleur’s photographers, and many different events on the year’s cycling calendar will be represented in the images on show.

The photographers whose work will be shown are; Ben Ingham, Camille J McMillan, Geoff Waugh, Gerard Brown, Olaf Unverzart, Rein van de Wouw, Taz Darling and Timm Kölln. There will also be some illustrations from Jo Burt.

The prints will be on sale at the show. Rouleur annuals and back copies of the magazine, as well as Rouleur branded t-shirts, badges and musettes, will all be available for purchase.

The venue is next door to Condor Cycles on 51 Grays Inn Road, WC1X 8PP. It will be open from 12pm to 6pm on weekdays (late night Wednesday until 7.30pm) and 12pm to 5pm on Saturdays; it will be closed on Sundays.

The show finishes on the 23rd of December.
